General Terms & Conditions
1. General.
The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and 'Satat.in' (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), belonging to the firm SATAT Emporium. 
Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These general Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express. written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of Uttar Pradesh, INDIA, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law rules; and in the event of a dispute under this Agreement; Buyer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the jurisdiction of Varanasi and hereby waives any objection to such jurisdiction and venue. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and SATAT as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business. This Agreement may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Seller.
2. Changes to the Terms of Service and the Website.
SATAT is  work in progress, and as such things may change, be added or be taken away. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.
3. Product information.
satat.in/ takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
4. Fulfilment ,Price & Payment Terms.
We will always endeavor to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment in case we are unable to fulfil the same order. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. Buyer agrees to pay in full the Price of the Goods as posted on this website attached herewith. The prices quoted on the website are exclusive of shipping.
Satat (“Seller”) hereby agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the final checkout window (“Checkout”) and incorporated herein by this reference (“Goods”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The net total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer at Checkout. Good Shall be sent only once the seller receives a confirmation of payments. 
SATAT currently offers Direct Bank Transfer to pay for your order.
5. Delivery.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. Unless otherwise agreed or stated in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with SATAT 's shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make all possible reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Goods shall be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability .
Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the Goods for any particular purpose for which Buyer may be buying the Goods, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and Seller disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.
7. Colour Disclaimer.
The colours of products you receive & the ones that you see on computer screen will vary slightly from those of the actual product. This is because of the difference in the technologies used in computer monitors; monitors that are not properly calibrated also add to the difference in colours we see. Additionally the lighting used while taking photographs also factor in the final colour shown on the screen.  
8. Waiver and Sever-ability.
Seller shall not be held responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery of all or any part of the Goods in the event such failure was due, in whole or in part, provincial or municipal action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labour trouble, fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part, the Goods or the manufacturing facility for the Goods, the lack of or inability to obtain raw materials, labour, fuel, electrical power, water or supplies, or any other cause, act of God, contingency or circumstances not subject to the reasonable control of Seller, which causes delays or hinders the manufacture or delivery of Goods. Seller shall determine in good faith the extent to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance of its obligations.
