Shipping & Delivery Policy 
All ordered merchandise will be shipped from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
 
Satat.in is consistently committed in its efforts to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a reasonable time frame depending on the destination of shipment. We ship all days of the week, except on Sunday & Public holidays. All efforts are made to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition & in the best possible time frame, therefore we use reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Speed post.
 
Goods are shipped only post payment confirmation received by us. In case of unpaid orders shipping may be done only post a written confirmation by us subjected to mutually agreed upon terms & conditions & sent by us in writing. Shipping within India takes roughly 7-10 working days post-dispatch. For additional requests like silver cap or Locket may add up to three working days for dispatch. There might be delay in International delivery at the moment due to current COVID19 Scenario.
 
Sometimes there may be unforeseen delays for reasons which are beyond our control. In such cases request you to please drop in a mail at info@satat.in with your query & phone contact details & we will get back to you with the status at the earliest & further keep you informed.
 
For certain remote locations in India, our courier partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. Under the circumstances, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be informed about such a surcharge in advance before shipping & collected by us through agreed channels. No cancellations of orders would be permitted.
 
Satat will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete & or inaccurate address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges. No cancellations will be allowed.
 
Under rare circumstances, have you have received the consignment with tampered packaging on delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, immediately please call us at +918299743725 or email us at info@satat.in mentioning your order & delivery details. We will get in touch with you at the earliest to have the concerns resolved as per mutually agreed terms thereafter.
 
You are requested to please note that the delivery timelines mentioned are indicative only. In very rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes & acts of god. The customer indemnifies Satat responsibility to honor timelines under such circumstances.
