EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Requesting you to please note that we may only have one item of a few articles at a given point of time.
Therefore, we will be not able to offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances & at the sole discretion of Satat Emporium.
 
1. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. In case you cancel your order, you will be required to utilize the credit amount equivalent to the value of your original order for any subsequent purchase . No refund requests to be made & will not be honored.
 
2. Since all our merchandise goes through a rigorous quality check before it is shipped exchanges will only be accepted in the case of dispatch of incorrect item.
 
3. In the extremely unlikely circumstances that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged product along with packaging. On receiving the request, we will confirm the same to you via email & phone. You will need to courier the same to us at our Varanasi office within 2 working days & a replacement will be provided as per the policy.
 
4. Your exchange request should be sent by email to info@satat.in within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
 
5. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
 
6. We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 working days upon receiving the products only as per clause 3.

8. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Satat Emporium’s sole discretion.
 
9. We'll notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
10. An exception to the policy is at the sole discretion of Satat Emporium & only applicable when the same is communicated to the customer in written.
